MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY METiG3/SEMIIVARS A deposit of 50% of the room rental fee is required to reserve a room. The reservation is not guaranteed until 50% of the room rental fee has been received by the Mounds View Community Center. The remainder of the room rental fee due 10 days after receiving your final bill. FOOD AND BEVERAGE A deposit of 50% of the food and beverage order must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event and the balance within 10 days of receiving your final bill. REFUNDS No refund will be issued for cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to the rental date. I have read the above reservation and cancellation policy and understand that my reservation is not guaranteed until the Mounds View Community Center receives 50% of the room rental fee and food beverage order. In addition, I understand that the remainder of the room rental fee and food and beverage order is due two weeks following the rental date. I agree that all activities undertaken by myself or organization as part of this rental agreement, is at my or the organizations sole risk and that the City of Mounds View, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, actions or causes of actions whatsoever to me, the organization of mine or its property arising out of or connected with my or my organizations participation in the activities related to this rental. I forever discharge the City of Mounds View, its employees and agents from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or acuse of action whatsoever, and that I have read and will adhere to all guidelines governing this facility.
