MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER <br />LIQUOR VENDING POLICY <br />1 • All vendors must hold a license to sell intoxicating liquor within the City of Mounds View or an adjacent <br />municipality. <br />2. Vendors must be engaged to dispense liquor by a party holding a permit to use the banquet facilities at the <br />Mounds View Community Center. <br />3. Liquor may be dispensed only to persons attending the permitted event. <br />4. Licenses may be issued annually, but expire on December 31 st of the year issued <br />5. Annual license fee is $100.00 and must be obtained from the Mounds View City Administration Department <br />6. Event fee is $10.00 per event, vendors will be billed at year's end, $10.00 for each event at which they vended. <br />
