MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER <br />LIQUOR POLICY <br />PERSONAL DISTRIBUTION <br />All liquor sales must confirm to liquor ordinance. <br />Beer, wine and champagne may be given away under the following conditions: <br />* There must be no admission, meal charge or contribution for the event. <br />* Beer, wine and champagne may not be served by the party atter 10:30 p.m. <br />* if any of the attendees will be tinder age, Cammunity Center staff has the discretion to deny beer, wine, <br />champagne or liquor distribution if he/she has reason to believe that these beverages may be dispensed to a <br />minor. <br />* The city reserves the right to deny permission to distribute beer, wine champagne or liquor for any reason it <br />deems appropriatc. <br />VENDOR DISTRIBUTION <br />* No liquor may be served by the vendor atter 11:30 p.m. <br />For parties ie. Receptions, banquets or reunions at the Community Center, hard liquor or mixed drinks may be served <br />but they must be served by a licensed DISTRIBUTOR. A licensed distributor must be from the City of Mounds View <br />city limits or one of the immediate surrounding suburbs that touch the Mounds View boundary line. These suburbs <br />include New Brighton, Shoreview, Spring Lake Park, Fridley and Blaine. It does not matter if liquor is served as a cash <br />bar, set ups with a bring your own bottle, or if an individual pays For all of the liquor out of pocket, a licensed distributor <br />still must dispense the cocktails. <br />
