RESOLUTION NO.9345 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AUTOMOBILE SALES LICENSE REQUEST FROM <br />RICHARD R. HEROD, III, RYDELL AUTO OUTLET AND GARAGE, LLC. <br />(DBA THE BEAR LOT), 2375 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, according to the Mounds View City Code Chapter 510 (New Code Chapter <br />112.020), automobile sales licenses must be approved by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a license application from Richard R. Herod, III to <br />operate automobile sales at 2375 Mounds View Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property currently operating as Rydell Auto Outlet and Garage and is <br />owned 100 percent by Saturn of St. Paul; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Herod, III will be taking ownership of the business and the property <br />effective January 1, 2021, keeping the company name Rydell Auto Outlet and Garage, DBA The <br />Bear Lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the appropriate fees and application materials have been submitted and the <br />property is current on its fire inspection; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve a business license request to sell automobiles from Mr. Richard R. Herod, III at 2375 <br />Mounds View Boulevard; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the license will be valid from January 1, 2021 to December <br />31, 2021. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of November, 2020. <br />Carol A.
