RESOLUTION NO. 9352 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING SEVERANCE FOR POLICE OFFICER KIRSTEN HEINEMAN <br />WHEREAS, Police Officer Kirsten Heineman has retired from the City of Mounds View; <br />her last day of employment was December 3, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Labor Agreement between the City of Mounds View <br />and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, Officer Heineman will <br />receive a cash payout of her vacation hours and compensatory time; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, 50% of Officer <br />Heineman's sick leave hours will be deposited into her Retirement Health Savings Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Heineman's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 111.26 hours <br />and her compensation balance is 0.08 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Heineman's balance of accrued and unused sick leave is 207.75 <br />hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Heineman's rate of pay upon resignation was $40.83 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />severance to Officer Kirsten Heineman consistent with the Labor Agreement between the City <br />of Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.
