Attachment I • Would like a sidewalk along Spring Lk Rd, dangerous to walk/run/bike on. Remove asphalt path at Spring Lk Rd/Ardan - change to sidewalk. Looks crappy & cars park on it. Bike lane over parking lane. Need stop signs at sides streets to slow cars down!!! • I do not want grouped mailboxes as part of the street improvement. I would like mail boxes to stay in the location they are currently. I do not want a rain garden on my property. It would also be nice to offer a drain scope as part of the street project. • Driveway was constructed by Hage Construction. Has Lifetime warranty on the driveway. Imprint is on the end of driveway. Commercial grade construction with rebar throughout. Touching part of the driveway will destroy integrity and invalidate warranty. • No water gardens on my property- I get enough runoff from neighboring props incldg SLP with heavy rains. No shared mail box posts. Add'I street lites on PVD. Minimize dust with water. Add better sod than the Gas Guys left after that project. • New mail box locations, not keen on the grouped mailbox idea. Do not need Rain Gardens. Spring Lake Road defiantly needs a sidewalk. Mail theft is a problem in Mounds View, we want to watch our mailbox in front of our house. • Spring Lake Rd north of Mounds View Blvd, although a bus route, still maintains a quiet neighborhood feel. Adding sidewalks, and shared use paths will add more people traffic. We would like to keep this quiet side street, as is.
