Attachment I
• Serious safety concerns on this road & do not walk or bike on it. Terrible for children!
Serious safety issue with no sidewalks to wait for the school bus. We absolutely dont
want parking on the road. We would prefer the street not be made any wider!
• This street is the most dangerous I walk on in Mounds View.
• I never had or needed a sump pump since moved in in 1978. Do not expect any
drainage project --ie rain gardens some different drainage to cause me to need one. If
do expect it to be city responsibility. Also do not want my driveway drainage affected
• No rain garden on our property. Where to park when the street is torn up? How much is
it going to cost? Are they going to replace sewer lines?
• Please add speed bumps on Pleasant View. keep individual mail boxes
• Widening the road causes more speed on the road- we already have the speedy cars,
trucks, bus now.
• Not at this time.
• 8458 pleasant view dr The puddling in the area on 84th and Pleasant view needs to be
fixed/drained. After any rain fall there is standing water for a few days.
• I live in Mounds View because of the green, the trees, the tranquility. Any change that
increases cement and asphalt at the expense of greenery is hard to support. My main
concern is that the roadway not significantly widened.
• That we have adequate parking nearby when the improvements are being made.
• What's the difference between sidewalk, off street trail, and shared use path? I can't
know what I support if I don't have definitions and specifics about what you're asking.
Very much opposed to on street parking. We all have driveways. Not needed.
• I have many questions regarding the length and logistics of this project, what kind of
inconveniences are involved, and what the final result will be.
• No parking lane
