It is <br />the intent for Ramsey County to vacate this portion of easement, <br />and release this land to the City, and for the City to transfer <br />ownership to the Developer. This land will be used as front yard <br />space for Lot 1 (apartments). The process of executing this is 9- <br />12 months. Because of the timing, this must be done after <br />platting. <br />On Lot 2 (Bio-Clean), there is no ROW dedication proposed. <br />Mustang Drive (curb) appears to be on the Southeast property <br />j Mounds View City Code, 160.056(B)(2)(c) (Minimum lot area).
