RESOLUTION NO. 9527 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VACATION CARRYOVER EXTENSION <br />FOR CERTAIN POLICE DEPARTMENT AND PUBLIC WORKS <br />PERSONNEL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has clear policy which includes a vacation <br />earnings formula based on years of service, vacation usage, and limits on carryover; and <br />WHEREAS, the following employees have excess vacation to carry over into the <br />year 2022: <br />Department <br />Employee <br />Hours <br />Police <br />Benjamin Zender <br />26.93 <br />Police <br />Brian Schultes <br />5.24 <br />Police <br />Alex Aase <br />16.74 <br />Public Works <br />Peter Szurek <br />118.81 <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, each of the above employees are valued members of our team and <br />extenuating circumstances caused the situation to occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />authorize a vacation carryover extension for the following Police Department and Public <br />Works Personnel, with the time to be used by December 31, 2022: <br />Department <br />Employee <br />Hours <br />Police <br />Benjamin Zender <br />26.93 <br />Police <br />Brian Schultes <br />5.24 <br />Police <br />Alex Aase <br />16.74 <br />Public Works <br />Peter Szurek <br />118.81 <br />Adopted this 24t" day of January, 2022. <br />Carol A.
