RESOLUTION 9537 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZES ONGOING RECRUITMENT OF 2022 <br />PARKS AND RECREATION PART TIME POSITIONS <br />WHEREAS, Council previously approved the following Parks and Recreation job <br />descriptions: Custodian, Event Center Host, Front Desk Lead, Front Desk Staff, youth <br />Development Staff, Sports Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, and Senior programs <br />Coordinator; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has experienced high turnover in several of the part time Parks and <br />Recreation positions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Committee met and agreed posting of the <br />positions should be ongoing throughout 2022 in order to continue staffing positions in order to <br />properly serve the visitors at the Mounds View Community Center; and <br />WHEREAS, part time Parks and Recreation positions are only eligible for PERA <br />benefits, if PERA requirements are met. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council Authorizes <br />Ongoing Recruitment of 2022 Parks and Recreation Part Time Positions. <br />Adopted this 24' day of January, 2022. <br />Carol A.
