RESOLUTION NO. 9569 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />LUCAS OSOWSKI, WASTEWATER MAINTANCE WORKER <br />WHEREAS, Lucas Osowski has resigned as Wastewater Maintenance Worker for <br />the City of Mounds View; his last day of employment was March 18, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual and Public <br />Works Collective Bargaining Agreement, Mr. Osowski is eligible for a cash payout of his <br />vacation hours and comp hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Osowski had a balance of accrued and unused vacation of 25.51 <br />hours and comp time balance of 48.76 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Osowski was being paid $30.93 per hour upon his resignation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves severance to Lucas Osowski consistent with the Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement and the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows: <br />Hours <br />Hourly rate <br />Payout <br />Vacation Hours <br />25.51 <br />$30.93 <br />$ 789.02 Cash Payout <br />Comp Hours <br />48.76 <br />$30.93 <br />$1,508.15 Cash Payout <br />Total Severance: <br />$2,297.17 <br />Adopted this 28t" day of March, 2022. <br />Carol A.
