Pi <br />HOMES <br />The Enclave at New Brighton Exchange <br />Pulte purchased approximately 30 acres from the City of New Brighton in Fall 2014, <br />which was a portion of the overall New Brighton Exchange area. We developed and <br />built 89 single family homes and 36 townhomes. The infill project was challenging due <br />to significant environmental remediation requirements due to the property's historical <br />uses including stockyards, an asphalt plant, and other businesses that released <br />petroleum -based soil contaminants. Pulte partnered with the City and MPCA to <br />successfully remediate the property and gain all required clearances to allow for <br />development of the property for residential use. In Fall 2017, the project completely sold <br />out and was one of the top 10 selling communities in the Twin Cities.
