Pi <br />HOMES <br />Brooks Ridge - Chaska, MN <br />Pulte purchased 17 acres on the northeast corner of Pioneer Trail and Bavaria Road <br />in Fall 2016 and developed the property into 25 villa homes and 52 townhomes and <br />opened for sale in March 2017. This infill project had many site development hurdles <br />including wetlands, topography, poor soil conditions, an existing railroad and perimeter <br />major roadways.
