RESOLUTION NO. 9685 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ADOPTING CHANGES TO THE CITY PAY GRID <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a strategic plan, one of the major themes is the <br />Recruitment, Retention, and Succession Planning for existing and future employees; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resource Committee reviewed the Mechanic position and <br />supports a wage increase from $32.56 to $36.05 per hour; and <br />WHEREAS, this amount does not take into consideration negotiations currently in <br />discussion for 2023. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />adopt changes to the City Pay Grid, increasing the Mechanic pay rate to $36.05 per hour <br />retroactive to January 1, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 9t" day of January, 2023. <br />Al Hull, Mayor <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />
