RESOLUTION NO. 9709 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR <br />FACILITIES MAINTENANCE STAFF ALEX CAMPIS <br />WHEREAS, Facilities Maintenance Staff Alex Campis has resigned from the City of <br />Mounds View; his last day of employment was March 10, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Campis <br />will receive a cash payout of his vacation hours and compensatory time. Mr. Campis has a <br />current balance of accrued and unused vacation of 51.60 hours and compensatory time balance <br />of 0.00 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Campis' rate of pay upon resignation is $20.12 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />separation compensation to Mr. Alex Campis consistent with Section 5.03 of the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual as follows: <br />Hours <br />Hourly rate <br />Payout <br />Vacation Hours <br />51.60 <br />$20.12 <br />$1,038.19 Cash Payout <br />Compensatory Hours <br />0.00 <br />$20.12 <br />$ 0.00 Cash Payout <br />Total Separation Compensation: <br />$1,038.19* Cash Payout <br />`Amount may fluctuate slightly.
