And so the council at this time <br />is attempting to remove me to place additional <br />members on the commission which will suggest changes <br />and will then send those changes to the council for <br />unanimous approval, thus mitigating the requirement <br />of their proposed amendments to be required to go to <br />ballot. <br />The commission has had a full complement of <br />members starting in the May meeting of 1917 [sic], <br />shortly after my appointment period in November. I <br />have stipulated in the amendment, which I've handed <br />to counsel, an amended attachment which shows the <br />number of attended meetings, people attending the <br />meeting, and the number that were appointed at the <br />time. So that quorum is shown to have been met at <br />all of those meetings without exception and also <br />that the statement that we haven't had a full <br />complement is not truly full. <br />My openinq comment would be that, again, I <br />agree there's no meeting of the secondary reason for <br />removal related to duties or to attendance and that, <br />instead, this is an action under the first sentence <br />and that I disagree with the conclusions that the <br />council has come to that any of my actions have been <br />the result of a resignation, as I showed in my <br />
