I believe our first <br />significant conversation was shortly after <br />Ms. Reyes -Johnson became the chair. <br />THE COURT: Which was when? <br />THE WITNESS: I believe she became chair <br />officially at the January meeting. <br />THE COURT: Wasn't it the March meeting? <br />THE WITNESS: It was not, your Honor. <br />THE COURT: All right. So January of 2019. Is <br />that right? <br />THE WITNESS: Your Honor, she was elected <br />January of 2019, and I would stipulate that she <br />became chair at the end of that meeting per the <br />bylaws. <br />
