52 . 04 MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED <br /> 4110 <br /> No person unless engaged in official City business or otherwise <br /> specifically authorized by the City Administrator shall operate a <br /> motorized vehicle in any park or open space within the City of <br /> Mounds View except upon those areas that are designated by the City <br /> Council for use by certain vehicles . <br /> 52 . 05 CURFEW AUTHORIZED <br /> No person unless engaged in official City business shall enter <br /> upon or use any park and recreation facilities of the City of <br /> Mounds View, including all park property , improved or not , and <br /> all equipment and facilities thereon , between the hours of 11 : 00PM <br /> and 6 : 00AM when such parks or facilities are posted by sign no ' g <br /> the curfew hours ; provided , however , that such posting shall <br /> by order of the City Council . The fact that any person not <br /> engaged in official City business as authorized or delegated by <br /> the City Administrator may be present in a posted park during said <br /> curfew hours shall be prima facie evidence that said person is <br /> there unlawfully . <br /> 52 . 06 SNOWMOBILES <br /> See ordinance 239 , chapter 202 as it relates to parks . <br /> 52 . 07 SWIMMING <br /> No person shall swim, bathe in , or enter any park waters or <br /> unauthorized areas except where indicated by signs placed by 41/0 <br /> the Parks and Recreation Department . <br />
