We have reached the peak for both pleasure skating and Lake Region Hockey. <br /> 5. It is better to provide fewer skating rinks of a higher Quality than a number of <br /> inferior maintained rinks. <br /> 6. Staff can not justify repairing the existing buildings as it is really just <br /> throwing good money after bad. • <br />
