PHASE II - PROMOTIONS , MARKETING AND PROGRAM ' STAFFING, NOVEMBER 21 - JANUARY 13 , 1983 • I . Promotions and Marketing A. Implement the promotions and marketing plan which will include at least half of the suggested ideas , but not limited to them. B. Suggested ideas are separate sections in Cities ' News- letters , separate brochures on the program, flyers , posters , banners , media exposEhfe, placemats , billboards , coupons , T-Shirts , partial refunds , speeches , presentations , sky writing, advertisements. on buses and city vehicles , special events such as a community leisure fair, special gimmicks - give aways , sandwich boards , etc . II . Program Staffing A. Develop a L.H .F. Program Manual for the teaching staff of the program. B. Develop a staff orientation and evaluation program. C. Assist in the recruitment and training of staff for programs . • Ms. Linder will receive access to the support services of office space, files , phones and clerical services . In return for the aforementioned services (I & II) from Ms . Linder , the cities will reimburse her under the terms specified in separate contracts with each city. In addition, she will receive up to $50/month for mileage and car allowance. A bonus will be paid to Ms. Linder based on the following formula . For every $1. 50 net profit per new registrant , Ms . Linder will re- ceive $1 per new registrant up to the maximum of $1 , 000 between the 2 cities. For Example : # of Registr.
