PHASE III - PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION <br /> JANUARY 13 - APRIL 27 , 1984 <br /> • <br /> I . Develop a L. H. F. Program participant manual <br /> II . Assist in the supervision and evaluation of programs and employees <br /> as needed to maintain an efficient and effective program for <br /> approximately 5 hours per week. <br /> III . Continually evaluate promotions and marketingtechniques and make <br /> adjustments when necessary to insure continual and/or increased <br /> participation. <br /> IV. Provide community wide seminars on 4 subjects mutually agreed upon <br /> by the Recreation Program Supervisors and Ms . Linder. <br /> V. Provide speaking engagements to community groups and organizations <br /> on the topic of L. H.F. programs as requested. <br /> VI . Provide counseling sessions and/or seminars for small croups , <br /> families or individuals as needed . <br /> • Ms . Linder will receive access to the support services of office space, <br /> files, phones and clerical services . <br /> In return for the aforementioned services (I-VI) from Ms . Linder , the <br /> cities will provide reimbursement under terms specified in separate <br /> contracts with each city . <br /> In addition, she will receive up to $50/month for mileage and car allowance . <br /> A bonus equal to 10% commission of the gross receipts received from any <br /> new fee supported Lifestyle Health and Fitness class will be awarded to <br /> Ms . Linder at the end of this phase . <br /> Ms . Linder may also have the opportunity to be hired under a separate <br /> agreement for teaching classes with the L. H.F. <br /> At the conclusion of Phase III , the cities and Ms . Linder will evaluate <br /> the benefits of the program to the residents .
