E) The six month subsidy will become a grant requiring no re- <br /> payment of funds received if the employee remains employed <br /> 111/ <br /> for a period of one year in addition to the initial six <br /> month subsidy period. (This payback provision does not ap- <br /> ply to public and private nonprofit employers) . <br /> F) A minimal amount of paperwork is required, most of which <br /> is completed by a Program representative. <br /> G) The employer maintains the right to terminate an employee, <br /> granted that the termination is justifiable. <br /> In Suburban Ramsey County, the MEED Program is being administered by <br /> the Ramsey County Job Training Program in conjunction with the local <br /> Job Service offices of the Minnesota Department of Economic Security. <br /> While this office's priority is to fill the employment requests of <br /> Suburban Ramsey County employers, non-County employers may also <br /> participate in the MEED Program through this office.
