As we discussed on the phone , the City of <br /> Mounds View is currently working in conjunction with Ramsey <br /> • County Public Health Department in establishing a leaf composting <br /> program for city residents . <br /> We are inviting each of the rubbish haulers that serve the city <br /> of Mounds View to a meeting to determine if it would be feasible <br /> to have your firm involved with the collection of leaves to be <br /> dropped at a central composting site . <br /> At this time we are wide open to any kinds of concepts that you <br /> may have as professionals regarding how the pick up procedure <br /> might work such as costs , times , dates, and potential problems <br /> ect . <br /> The meeting has been set to review these and other issues for <br /> Thursday, August 18 , 1983 at 2 : 00 p.m. in the Mounds View City <br /> Hall Council Chambers .
