1111 RESOLUTION NO. 1759 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE PARK <br /> IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE SILVER LAKE PARK FUND AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF THE SILVER VIEW PARK FUND <br /> WHEREAS, the Silver View Park Fund was established to <br /> account for state and federal grants used to partially finance <br /> the acquisition of lands and the development of those lands as <br /> Silver View Park ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lands have been acquired and developed as <br /> Silver View Park, state and federal grant funds have been , <br /> received, the state and federal granting agencies have given <br /> their final acceptance of the project, and there remains a ; <br /> deficit of $2, 634. 15 in the fund; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council that <br /> • $2, 634. 15 be transferred from the Park Improvement Fund to the <br /> Silver View Park Fund and that the Silver View Park Fund be <br /> closed. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of July, 1984. <br /> ATTEST: A412- 7ici ;k4 ' <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) \\ - "I, d-,140.- 'iiJ <br /> Clerk-A.minist _ 'or <br /> III <br />
