• FORESTRY: <br /> * Many messages are written and calls returned for information <br /> and consultation from the City Forester, Rick Wriskey. <br /> Since Rick is only in the office one day each week, the <br /> number of calls often exceeds his ability to return all the <br /> calls during that one day. Rick carries all messages along <br /> with him to his other offices and returns calls as time <br /> allows. <br /> * The Forestry crew works in Mounds View every Thursday. <br /> They have been busy all summer pruning park trees, <br /> mulching, trimming landscaping bushes and replanting <br /> trees as necessary in every park in Mounds View. <br /> * Rick Wriskey has prepared and submitted grants for trees. <br /> He has also administered the boulevard replacement grant <br /> which was received by the City last year. Rick has also <br /> been working with both Pinewood and Sunnyside Schools in <br /> tree planting projects. <br /> • <br /> 411 <br />
