• CABLE TV:
* The Cable TV Committee continues to meet monthly for a
planning meeting. Plans and ideas for cable TV programs are
discussed. This is a working committee that spends many
hours in the production of cable TV programming for the City
of Mounds View. We are lucky to have very interested and
talented committee members and technicians.
* Projects have included the monthly "A View From the Mound"
program which introduces new businesses, people of interest,
activities and projects of the city and highlights
interesting things that may be happening in Mounds View.
Also, a monthly informational meeting with the Mayor is
taped. Council meetings are taped, copied and are made
available for the public. The Cable Committee participated
in an hour long "Accessithon" organized by Cable Company.
The first informational meeting of the Golf Course Task
Force was taped. "CAMELOT" taping was produced and made
available to those who participated in the production for a
fee.
* Many ideas are in the making including a budget tape, tape
on 911, and RSCC final report and promotion tape. However,
we are restricted by the amount of time allotted in the
• budget for technical cable TV production.
•
