PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 9815, Approving of the Alexander Gardens <br />13 Preliminary Plat at 8441 Fairchild Avenue and 8492 Long Lake Road, <br />14 Alexander Gardens. <br />15 <br />16 Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the Council approve the Alexander Gardens <br />17 Preliminary Plat at 8441 Fairchild Avenue and 8492 Long Lake Road, Alexander Gardens. He <br />18 reported the Planning Commission reviewed this matter and recommends approval. <br />19 <br />20 Laura Walburg, Stantec, commented further on the request noting the preliminary plat was <br />21 required by City Code. Resolution 9817, Relating to the Issuance of Conduit Revenue Bonds to <br />35 Finance the Costs of a Multifamily Rental Housing Facility and Under <br />36 Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C, as Amended; Granting Preliminary <br />37 Approval Thereto; Calling for a Public Hearing; Establishing Compliance <br />38 with Certain Reimbursement Regulations Under the Internal Revenue Code <br />39 of 1986, as Amended; and Taking Certain Other Actions with Respect Thereto <br />40 (Central Towers Apartments Project). <br />41 <br />42 Finance Director Bauman requested the Council approve the issuance of conduit revenue bonds to <br />43 finance the costs of a multifamily rental housing facility and granting Preliminary approval thereto; <br />44 calling for a Public Hearing; establishing compliance with certain reimbursement regulations <br />45 under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and taking certain other actions with respect thereto for <br />46 the Central Towers Apartments Project.
