PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 9815, Approving of the Alexander Gardens <br />Preliminary Plat at 8441 Fairchild Avenue and 8492 Long Lake Road, <br />Alexander Gardens. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the Council approve the Alexander Gardens <br />Preliminary Plat at 8441 Fairchild Avenue and 8492 Long Lake Road, Alexander Gardens. He <br />reported the Planning Commission reviewed this matter and recommends approval. <br /> <br />Laura Walburg, Stantec, commented further on the request noting the preliminary plat was <br />required by City Code. Resolution 9817, Relating to the Issuance of Conduit Revenue Bonds to <br />Finance the Costs of a Multifamily Rental Housing Facility and Under <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C, as Amended; Granting Preliminary <br />Approval Thereto; Calling for a Public Hearing; Establishing Compliance <br />with Certain Reimbursement Regulations Under the Internal Revenue Code <br />of 1986, as Amended; and Taking Certain Other Actions with Respect Thereto <br />(Central Towers Apartments Project). <br /> <br />Finance Director Bauman requested the Council approve the issuance of conduit revenue bonds to <br />finance the costs of a multifamily rental housing facility and granting Preliminary approval thereto; <br />calling for a Public Hearing; establishing compliance with certain reimbursement regulations
