RESOLUTION NO. 9948 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION 9945, AUTHORIZING REVISIONS TO THE <br />ACCOUNTANT JOB DESCRIPTION APPROVING ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES AND <br />AN INCREASE IN WAGE FOR AMANDA BRUZER <br />WHEREAS, the Accounts Payable Specialist position has been eliminated and the <br />majority of the job responsibilities have been incorporated into the Accountant job <br />description which include: <br />Accounts Payable <br />• Collects and reviews all payable invoices from Department Heads. <br />• Process invoices for payment by entering new vendor information. <br />• Check invoices for proper approval by department heads. <br />• Ensure sales tax charges are accurate. <br />• Prepares Just and Correct Claims report for City Council packet. <br />• Scans checks and support documentation into digital imaging. <br />• Prepares year end 1099 forms. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, staff is requesting to do a wage adjustment for Accountant Amanda <br />Bruzer, moving Ms. Bruzer from Grade 8 Step 2, to a Grade 8, Step 4 effective June 24, <br />2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View approves the following: <br />1. The Accountant job description has been revised per Exhibit A to include the duties <br />of the Accounts Payable Specialist. <br />2. Ms. Bruzer will receive a wage adjustment to Grade 8, Step 4 effective June 24, <br />2024. <br />3.
