RESOLUTION NO. 9959 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR ALEXIS BOSTROM WORKING <br /> IN HIGHER CLASSIFICATION <br /> WHEREAS, Alexis Bostrom has agreed to work overtime during the Police <br /> Records/Evidence Technicians eight (8)week absence, in order to cover the higher classification <br /> job's priority responsibilities, while maintaining her own job duties as the Police Administrative <br /> Assistant; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Bostrom has taken on the additional job responsibilities effective July 1, <br /> 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Bostrom is willing to work extended hours to cover both positions to keep <br /> the department fully functioning until the return of the Police Records/Evidence Technician. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council approves: <br /> 1. Authorizing additional compensation for Alexis Bostrom working in a higher job <br /> classification until the return of the Police Records/Evidence Technician, anticipated <br /> to be an eight-week leave. <br /> 2. Ms. Bostrom's wage will increase to Grade 5, Step 4 of the Police Records/Evidence <br /> Technician Pay Plan. <br /> 3.
