A waste-to- <br /> energy facility located in Newport that burns garbage to generate <br /> energy. <br /> Recyclable Materials or The portion of solid waste that is separated at the source by the <br /> Recyclables generator for the purpose of Recycling and is comprised of materials <br /> deemed recyclable as agreed upon by Hauler and the city. <br /> Residential Solid Waste All Solid Waste from eligible RDUs that normally results from the <br /> operation of a household including, but not limited to: all Mixed <br /> Municipal Solid Waste(Trash),Recyclables,Organics,Yard Waste, <br /> Bulky Waste, and Electronic Waste.
