Curbside That portion of right-of-way adjacent to paved or traveled City <br /> roadways. <br /> Curbside Collection The collection of all Residential Solid Waste, including Trash, <br /> Recyclables,Yard Waste, Organics,Bulky Waste,Electronic Waste, <br /> and other Additional Collection Service Options. <br /> Disposal Price The amount charged to each RDU for disposal of Trash at the REC. <br /> Educational Tag A written document attached to a Cart by a Hauler to inform an RDU <br /> of a specific policy or protocol related to the Services. <br /> Electronic Waste Has the same meaning of"covered electronic device"prescribed by <br /> Minnesota Statutes,Section 115A.1310,Subdivision 7. <br /> Hauler A residentially licensed entity collecting solid waste in Mounds View. <br /> Hazardous waste Any refuse,sludge,or other waste material or combinations of refuse, <br /> sludge, or other waste materials in solid, semisolid, liquid, or <br /> contained gaseous form which because of its quality,concentration, <br /> or chemical,physical, or infectious characteristics may(a)cause or <br /> significantly contribute to an increase in mortality or an increase in <br /> serious irreversible,or incapacitating reversible illness;or(b)pose a <br /> substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the <br /> environment when improperly treated, stored, transported, or <br /> disposed of, or otherwise managed. Categories of hazardous waste <br /> materials include, but are not limited to: explosives, flammables, <br /> oxidizers, poisons, irritants, and corrosives. Hazardous waste does <br /> not include source,special nuclear,or by-product material as defined <br /> by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954,as amended. <br /> Holiday(s) The six (6) major Holidays observed each year: New Year's Day, <br /> Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, <br /> and Christmas Day. <br /> Household Hazardous Has the meaning prescribed by Minnesota Statutes,Section 115A.96, <br /> Waste Subdivision l(b). <br /> Late Set Out The set out of Carts later than 7:00 A.M. on collection day.
