Bulky Waste Large solid waste items that must not be put into carts including,but <br /> not limited to,the materials detailed in Exhibit A. <br /> Carts The wheeled and lidded Trash, Recyclables, and/or Yard Waste <br /> containers in which materials can be stored and later rolled-out for <br /> Curbside Collection on the designated collection day. <br /> Change in Law A new or revised federal law, state statute, or city ordinance that <br /> imposes a fee, surcharge, duty, tax or other charge that is payable <br /> solely by reason of the nature of the operations conducted by Hauler <br /> that actually increases the cost to Hauler to perform Services. <br /> City The City of Mounds View,a home rule charter city organized under <br /> the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> Collection Hours The time period during which collection of Solid Waste, including <br /> Recyclables,is authorized by the City.Until amended otherwise,the <br /> Collection Hours for RDUs shall be from 7:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m.city- <br /> wide,on the following day(s):, - IFormatted:Highlight <br /> Collection Vehicle Any vehicle licensed and inspected as required by the state and <br /> county and approved by the City for solid waste collection within the <br /> corporate boundaries of the City. <br /> Composition The make-up of recyclables as an estimated percentage based on the <br /> results of the Recycling Composition Analysis. <br /> Composting Facility Facility licensed to process yard waste and/or source separated <br /> Organics in conformance with state and local regulations. <br /> Compostable Bags Bags that meet ASTM Standard Certification for Compostable <br /> Plastics (D6400) within a composting operation as required by <br /> Minnesota Statutes, Section 115A.931(c) and Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Section 325E.046.Acceptable bags include paper lawn and leaf bags, <br /> paper grocery store bags,and certified Compostable Bags. <br /> Contract This Contract for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Collection <br /> Services and any amendments or exhibits,which must be signed by <br /> both parties. <br /> Contractor The company entering into this Contract with the City of Mounds <br /> View for Services as defined herein. <br /> 2 <br /> MU210\313\963095.v4 <br />
