RESOLUTION NO. 10018 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM <br /> DATED DECEMBER 31, 2024 WITH MINUTE MAKER SECRETARIAL <br /> WHEREAS, Minute Maker Secretarial (formerly TimeSaver Off-Site Secretarial, <br /> Inc.) has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and Planning Commission meetings <br /> since 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are satisfied with the thoroughness and <br /> accuracy of the minutes taken by Minute Maker Secretarial; and <br /> WHEREAS, attached to this resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br /> Secretary Service Agreement as Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> agrees to and accepts the terms of the Minute Maker Secretarial recording secretary <br /> service agreement addendum dated December 31, 2024, as attached. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this agreement shall expire December 31, <br /> 2025. <br /> Adopted this 9t" day of December, 2024. <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br /> The Mounds View Vision <br /> A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
