Violations: 91.003 SUBD.C.3. - The outside piling, storing or keeping of old machinery, junk, furniture, household furnishings or appliances or component parts thereof, rusting metal inoperable/unusable equipment, or other debris visible on private or public property. INSPECTOR COMMENTS: Discontinue exterior storage of junk items including but not limited to, old construction materials, machinery, appliances, barrels and scrap metal. All other storage of materials shall be stored interior of permanent structures. This has been an ongoing issue with your property since at least 2019. If you fail to complete a full clean up of your property by the re -inspection date the City of Mounds View will take the necessary steps to complete abatement at the property owners expense. COMPLETE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS BEFORE: 8/29/2024. If the cost of abatement has not been paid within 30 days the unpaid costs will be certified to the County Assessor for collection along with property taxes in the following year in accordance with Minnesota Statute 429.101 and other pertinent Statutes and City Ordinances. Notice: Repeated code inspection and enforcement trips cost the taxpayers money. If additional new violations are discovered within the next 12 months at this property, the City's costs in conducting additional inspections at this same location will be billed to the property owner rather than being paid by the taxpayers of the City.
