After adoption of this Local Surface Water Management Plan, the City will need to update all applicable <br />portions of City Code as noted above. Per State statute, the City must amend its official controls <br />accordingly within 180 days of LSWMP adoption. In addition, the City must periodically update codes to <br />remain consistent with City goals, policies, and practices as well as to be consistent with any RCWD rule <br />updates.
