The future implementation activities identified below are relevant to overall <br />surface water management within the City and should be considered in future Capital Improvement Plan <br />discussions. <br />Future Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Studies <br />As discussed in Section 6.4, there is one waterbody within the City of Mounds View currently identified on <br />the state list of Impaired Waters: Rice Creek (between an unnamed lake and Long Lake and between <br />Long Lake and Locke Lake).
