Consideration <br />and motor maintenance on Well No. 5. of Bid Award <br />for Maintenance <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to award this pro- on Well No. 5 <br />• ject to .Mark J Traut Wells, Inc.. in the amount of <br />their bid of $7,390, and that a ten percent contingency <br />be established for a total project cost of $8,129, <br />and further recommend the City Engineer/Director of <br />Public Works be authorized to sign all change orders <br />up to the total amount of the contract. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained this would <br />extend the moratorium six additional months, with <br />the time being needed for completion of the writing <br />of the plan and review and adoption by the Planning <br />Commission and Council. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 3033, extending interim Ordinance No. 466 <br />regarding a moratorium on development in a desig- <br />nated area along Highway 10 in the City of Mounds <br />View, and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nay 1 abstain <br />Councilmember Blanchard abs~ta~neq on the motion. <br />• George Winicki, 2732 and 2740 Highway 10, questioned <br />whether anything had been done on this in the past <br />year.
