Consideration <br />of Wetland <br />Ms. Hren reviewed the request of the applicant -for Alteration <br />a wetland alteration permit to construct a shed in Permit for <br />the buffer zone at the rear of her property, at Dorothy <br />2296 Lois Drive. Armstrong, 2296 <br />Lois Drive <br />Councilmember Blanchard questioned why the shed <br />would be placed so far back on the property. <br />Dorothy Armstrong, the applicant, explained she <br />felt that was the best location. <br />Councilmember Wuori stated she had visited the <br />site, and it is heavily treed and the shed would <br />not be visible to neighbors. She questioned <br />whether there might be a problem there in the event <br />of flooding. <br />Ms. Armstrong stated she had lived there since 1953 <br />and had never had the problem before. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 8:35 PM. <br />• Motion/Second: Blanchard/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 3049, approving a wetland alteration permit for <br />Dorothy Armstrong/Jim Eilers to construct a shed in <br />the wetland buffer zone, at 2296 Lois Drive, and <br />waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />There were no residents requests or comments from 9.
