Consideration of Authorization from Council for Ma}~or and City <br />Administrator to Execute Contract with Bonestroo and Associates for <br />Architectural Services <br />Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator, reported that <br />Bonestroo and Associates, the architects for the City Hall expansion <br />project presented to the City a contract for services. Cruikshank <br />listed the services that Bonestroo had provided. City Attorney. <br />Thomson stated, that per the previous motion, there would have to <br />be minor changes made to the contract in Section 12.2.3. <br />MOTION/SECOND Quick/Blanchard to Authorize Mayor and City <br />Administrator to Execute Contract for Architectural Services with <br />Bonestroo and Associates Provided at a Cost Not to Exceed $22,000 <br />• VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />E. Consideration of Charitable Gambling License for a One-Day, Off-Site <br />Lawful Gambling Permit for the St. Paul Clown Clubj Inc. <br />Michele Severson, Administration Secretary, reviewed the intent of the <br />.Charitable Gambling License for the St. Paul Clown Club to be held on <br />April 22, 1994 at the Bel-Rae Ballroom. Severson stated that this <br />Club has held events in the City for the past three years. <br />MOTIONf SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Adopt Resolution No. 4427 Approving <br />A Charitable Gambling License for a One-Day, Off-Site Lawful Gambling <br />Permit for the St. Paul Clown Club <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />F. Consideration of Utility Construction and Use Agreement between Mounds <br />View - Arden Hills - Minnesota Department of Administration - Minnesota <br />Department of Administration Facilities on County Road I <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, outlined the request from the <br />State of Minnesota one year ago to extend public water utilities from a <br />Mounds View water main to the State owned property east of 35W and <br />County Road J. Orduno reported that the City of Mounds View will sell <br />water to the State. Orduno further reported that State law does not. <br />• <br />
