Tim Cruikshank, Management Assistant, reviewed Staff Report No. <br />92-147C and Resolution No. 4171. regarding mileage reimbursement. <br />Cruikshank stated that the Internal Revenue Service has changed the <br />maximum amount .allowed for employees to claim from $.275 to $.28 per <br />mile. Cruikshank further stated that increasing mileage reimbursements <br />to $.28 per mile would bring Mounds View City policy in line with <br />Federal regulations. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt Resolution No. 4171 <br />Establishing the Reimbursement Rate for Employee's Use of <br />Personal Vehicles During the Conduct of City Business <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />PORTS <br />1. Report of Mayor Linke: <br />1) On Wednesday, January 14, 1992 the Ramsey County League of Local <br />Government's Legislative Committee will present its final <br />report back to cities regarding the Ramsey County Study <br />Commission's proposals to the League at Keller Golf <br />Course. The public is welcome.. The legislators will also <br />be there and this will be an opportunity for the elected <br />officials to do some lobbying on issues they are concerned <br />about. <br />2) Mayor Linke expressed his .thanks to all the Council, Staff <br />and many residents who called, sent letters or stopped by <br />to offer their condolences in the passing of his father. <br />• <br />
