Discussion <br />wetland. <br />Councilmember Quick and Mayor Linke joined the Council Meeting at 8:55 <br />p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Wuori to set public hearing for 7:05 p.m., <br />Monday, July 13, 1992 to consider development proposal known as <br />Greenfield Estates. <br />VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke apologized for popping in and disrupting the meeting. <br />He had attended his son's graduation and was off to the all night <br />senior party at Irondale High School. <br />Kay Weseman, 7807 Bona Road, asked that in preparation for the public <br />hearing could the City have copies of the Audobon report, the Molly <br />Shodeen letter and the entire packet from the planning commission. <br />There were two letters from Molly Shodeen referenced by the developer <br />that the public would also like. <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard stated that everything is copied to the City <br />Council. <br />Councilmember Wuori suggested that letters be written to be entered <br />into the public hearing. <br />Charles Miller, 2408 Laport Drive, asked if it was possible to get an <br />outline of the criteria that the Council will use to decide what will <br />happen with this development. <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner, invited Mr. Miller to come into <br />City Hall and look at all the material that was submitted as part of <br />the application. Harrington further stated that decisions are based <br />on allowances in relationship to the ordinance. <br />Councilmember Wuori stated that if all criteria matches our ordinance <br />and we deny the development, the party can sue us and the court could <br />overturn the judgment. <br />3. Bill Morris of Decision Resources, Ltd. made a presentation of <br />the outcome of the City Services Survey. Mr. Morris explained that <br />there was a portion of the survey whereby the citizens could set <br />a budget for the City. If the resident was required to make cuts <br />they could but didn't want to give up any services after making the <br />• cuts. The City received some very favorable and positive comments <br />from the residents of the City. <br />
