ounds View City Council Page Four <br />~egular Meeting June 22, 1992 <br />7:17 p.m. - Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing to <br />consider the renewal of the On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for Donatelle's Supper Club, 2400 <br />Highway 10 <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator stated <br />that Donatelle's had met all of the City's licensing <br />requirements. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7.:17 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to approve the On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License Renewal for Donatelle's Supper Club <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />7:18 p.m. - Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing to <br />consider the renewal of the On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for Mermaid Supper Club, 2200 <br />Highway 10 <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator stated <br />that Mermaid Supper Club had met all <br />• of the City's licensing requirements with <br />the exception of a fire inspection to be done <br />within 30 days. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:18 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Rickaby to approve the On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License Renewal for Mermaid Supper Club contingent upon <br />a satisfactory report on their fire inspection <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Linke introduced the Consent Agenda. Samantha Orduno, City <br />Administrator, asked that Item 5 be removed from the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTIONJSECOND: Rickaby/Wuori to approve the Consent <br />Agenda minus Item 5. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, explained that she had removed this <br />item due to some additions to the restaurant list and to the garbage haulers <br />ist. Orduno stated that all restaurants had passed fire and health <br />inspections. Orduno added Taco Bell and Burger King to the list of <br />restaurants for approval. <br />
