going forward. Mayor Flaherty asked if there was another space as large as the Event Center. Public Works Director DeBar stated this was the largest portion of the building and the open air plenum required a great deal of cleaning. Mayor Flaherty was in favor of the duct work cleaning as this was a public facility. He suggested this be within the property maintenance plan to assist with future budgets. Council Member Stigney was concerned with the expenses being raised by the Community Center.
