RESOLUTION NO. 10055 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE HIRE OF JEREMIAH ANDERSON TO THE HOUSING/CODE <br /> ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR POSITION <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for a Housing/Code Enforcement <br /> Inspector; and <br /> WHEREAS, Jeremiah Anderson's work ethic, attitude, job skills, and 30 years of <br /> Code Enforcement experience exceed expectations for the position; and <br /> WHEREAS, the hiring procedures consisted of an oral interview and pre- <br /> employment drug test; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson will begin employment as a Grade 6, Step 9 of the 2025 pay <br /> scale; and <br /> Grade 6 <br /> 4% 1 3.75% 1 3.75% 1 3.75% 1 3.5% 1 3.25% 1 3% 1 2.75% <br /> Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Step 8 Step 9 <br /> $32.89 $34.21 $35.49 $36.82 $38.20 $39.54 $40.83 $42.05 $43.21 <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson will begin employment on or around February 24, 2025; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson will be subject to a 6-month probationary period. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve <br /> the hire of Jeremiah Anderson to the Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector position within the Community <br /> Development Department, at Grade 6, Step 9 of the pay plan (currently $43.21/hour); a 6-month <br /> probationary period; vacation accumulating at the rate of 25 days per year; with employment to commence <br /> on or around February 24, 2025. <br /> Adopted this 101h day of February, 2025. <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
