RESOLUTION 10060 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZE ONGOING RECRUITMENT OF 2025 <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION PART TIME POSITIONS <br /> WHEREAS, Council previously approved the following Parks and Recreation job <br /> descriptions: Custodian, Front Desk Lead, Front Desk Staff, Youth Development Staff, Sports <br /> Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Senior Programs Coordinator, and Youth Development <br /> Staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has experienced turnover in the part time Parks and Recreation <br /> positions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Resources Committee agreed posting of the positions should <br /> be ongoing throughout 2025 in order to continue staffing positions to properly serve the <br /> visitors at the Mounds View Community Center. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> Authorize Ongoing Recruitment of 2025 Parks and Recreation Part Time Positions. <br /> Adopted this 10t' day of February, 2025. <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
