Resolution 6190, a Resolution Authorizing the Reclassification of the <br />Positions of Public Works Foreman and Parks Foreman <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Mariy. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6190, a <br />Resolution Authorizing the Reclassification of the Positions of Public Works Foreman and Parks <br />Foreman. <br />Council Member Marty indicated that he thinks this should go into effect immediately because <br />the salary is way behind and he feels it is time to bring things up to speed. <br />Council Member Stigney requested that the resolution be read. <br />Mayor Linke read Resolution 6190. <br />Mr. Pitman thanked Greg and Kurt for getting this taken care of. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 1(Stigney) Motion carried <br />G. Resolution 6199, a Resolution Authorizing the Cable Television <br />Production Coordinator to Work Up to 30 Hours Per Week <br />City Administrator Ulrich explained that the Resolution is intended to allow the cable television <br />coordinator the flexibility to be able to work up to 30 hours per week under approval of the City <br />Administrator. He then said that the Cable Commission reviewed the Resolution and supports <br />the amendment. <br />Mayor Linke indicated that the position is funded through cable franchise fees. <br />Council Member Marty asked if more hours affects the amount of benefits the City pays. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that the benefits are pro rated so more hours means slightly <br />more pro rated benefits. <br />
