Resolution 7246 Acceptance and Final Payment Approval for the 2007 Street <br />Maintenance Project (Seal Coat Project) <br />Council Member Mueller indicated that this item is another fine example of City Staff working <br />to find ways to work cooperatively with other communities to provide services at a reduced fee to <br />residents. She then thanked Mr. Lee for his service to the City. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7246 <br />Acceptance and Final Payment Approval for the 2007 Street Maintenance Project (Seal Coat <br />Project). <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />F. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, Apri114, 2008 at 7:lOpm to Consider an <br />On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Restaurant License located at 2400 <br />• County Road H2 for Kevin Halverson and David Tulgren (d/b/a/ Robert's <br />Sports Bar and Entertainment). <br />Council Member Hull indicated that he pulled this item to comment that Roberts has been sold. <br />Administrator Ericson indicated that there is a purchase agreement in place contingent upon all <br />necessary approvals for the liquor license. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Set a Public hearing for Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:10 <br />p.m. to Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Restaurant License located at 2400 <br />County Road H2 for Kevin Halverson and David Tulgren (d/b/a Robert's Sports Bar and <br />Entertainment). <br />Mayor Marty said that he is not going to vote for this just out of principle because he felt that the <br />City should have had some control over this, or at least waited until the City found out about the <br />DEED grant, which would have been yet this month. He then said that he is not happy with <br />letting this slip through the cracks and having another bar in that location. <br />Council Member Mueller indicated that the Council did not support a moratorium and it did not <br />want to use any more funds for the property and this is the result of that. She then said that she <br />feels the Council was not bold enough to move forward and she hopes that the public comes <br />• forward to comment on this matter, as it would have been helpful to know what residents wanted. <br />Council Member Flaherty said that he is taken aback at the "not being bold enough" because the <br />
