-' tjx' 6 <br />TO: Pat Allen, Gunnar Isberg (Planning Consultant) <br />FROM: Mounds View City Staff <br />DATE: August 3, 1982 <br />RE: Answers to questions for Cost Impart Analysis Study <br />The Mounds View Police Department is currently operating at capacity. <br />In recent years the size of the Police Department has not increased <br />proportionately,with the increased activity and population of the City. <br />Any new development would put added strain on the Police Department, <br />if it remained at the current size. <br />The Police Department keeps many records, however, we do not break <br />down activities according to land use. As far as the Police Department <br />is concerned, there are to many variables to consider to justify that <br />type of record keeping. <br />In summary, it is impossible to predict which type of land use would <br />�J have more of an effect on the Police Department. <br />
