MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE; November 12, 1982 / <br />SUBJECT: WAYNE NERR/KNOLLWOOD GREEN DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL <br />Attached are the following items: <br />1) Planning Commission Resolution of -approval. <br />2) Staff report used at 7/7/82 Planning Commission meeting. <br />3) Staff memorandum dated 8/25/82. <br />4) Letter from Project Engineer to Fire Marshal. <br />5) Letter from Fire Marshal approving knock -down barriers/ o <br />emergency gate design. <br />6) Original Rice Creek Watershed District permit approving <br />five 8-unit buildings. <br />7) Letter from Rice Creek Watershed District dated 11/3/82 <br />approving revised plan of four buildings and retention <br />pond modifications. <br />8) Letter from Project Engineer dated 8/10/82 responding to <br />Planning Commission's concerns voiced at their 7/7/82 <br />meeting. <br />9) Memo from Attorney Meyers discussing condominiums. <br />10) Memo from Police Chief Grabowski. <br />11) Copy of site plan. <br />This application has progressed through the Planning Commission review <br />process and all documents requested by the Planning Commission have <br />been received.
